Office Manager 

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

The Office Manager is responsible for our busy, client- focused office needs. The Office manager is reliable, well-organized, and handles the day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. They are responsible for intra-office communication, protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation as needed. They make client appointments, coordinate schedules for staff and volunteers’ appointments, and acts as HRC receptionist. Office Manager will coordinate with the Executive Director and meet on a regular basis for coordinating agency meetings, trainings, and outreach events. This position will also coordinate food for office parties and training events.

This position will consist of four areas of focus.

Client Services Manager

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

Client Services Manager is responsible for managing and developing client resources, curriculum, mentorship, and programs for EPP. This position is responsible for all supervision of volunteers, training, recruitment, interviews, selections, and evaluations in conjunction with the E.D. Responsible for management of client files, electronic and hard copy. Troubleshooting all data entry and provide training for volunteers in the parenting program and data entry volunteers. Responsible for providing mandated reports to outside agencies, such as OCS or Court mandated documents.
