HRC ACCCEPTS NEW AND LIKE-NEW ITEMS

(AS WELL AS PRODUCTS & SERVICES)

As a 501c3 organization, HeartReach gladly accepts the donation of new and like new items as well as products and services. Tax deductible gift receipts are available for all contributions. 

​

On an ongoing basis, professional services such as landscaping, snow-plowing, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, technology assistance, etc. are always welcome, as well as items that would be beneficial to our office environment.

HeartReach consistently accepts donations in the following categories:

New Items

Pregnant clients who have participated in EPP receive a baby shower basket full of brand new items.

 

If you are interested in donating items yourself or in coordinating a group effort to put together these baskets, please contact our front office for a printable/shareable list.

 

Here are items we include in these baskets:

  • Nail clippers and grooming items

  • Shampoo and baby wash

  • Baby powder (small)

  • Diaper cream (small)

  • Socks

  • Bottles

  • Pacifiers

  • Nasal aspirators

  • Burp rags

  • Headbands (for baby girls)

  • Rattles and baby toys

  • Infant books

  • Thermometers ($5 ones)

  • Bibs

  • Wipes

  • Sleepers/footed Pj's 

  • Hooded towels

  • Teethers

  • Diapers

Like-new

Items

At HeartReach we have a thrift-style market stocked with like-new items donated by friends like you. Donations can be dropped off anytime during regular office hours. We can accept the following items:

  • Maternity clothes

  • Baby/toddler clothes (newborn - 5T)

  • Maternity items

  • Baby blankets

  • Baby seats (not car seats)

  • Baby swings

  • Baby/toddler gear

  • Baby/toddler toys

  • Strollers

  • Cribs

  • Changing tables

  • Bassinets

We cannot accept:

  • Car seats (new or used)

  • Electronic breast pumps 

  • Recalled items
