Community Liaison

(bachelor's degree in communication or related experience preferred)

Job Description: The community liaison is responsible for maintaining community partnerships as well as outreach initiatives for HeartReach Center. This includes coordinating and facilitating three major fundraisers each year, attending public meetings, and speaking at community events. The person who takes this position will also lead and oversee HeartReach's Step Up Now to Healthy Relationship presentation program, which is a sexual risk avoidance curriculum currently offered in health classes at Mat-Su Valley public middle schools and presented to 8th-grade students. 

A qualified candidate should also have experience or be computer savvy enough to learn social media marketing, website management, communication software/email management, Google platforms, design software, advertising, printing, and bulk mailings.
